* Constrain only mvars that are actually used

* lisp/emacs-lisp/comp.el (comp-mvar-used-p, comp-collect-mvars)
(comp-collect-rhs): New functions.
(comp-add-cond-cstrs-simple, comp-add-cond-cstrs): Update logic.
(comp-add-cstrs): Call `comp-collect-rhs' before doing anything
else.
